Quinoa with chicken and vegetables. Ingredients: 100 g Quinoa, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1-2 carrots, 1 red onion, 100 g green onions, 100 g smoked chicken fillet, 2-3 roasted peppers, salt, pepper, garlic. Preparation: Quinoa is boiled in 2 cups water for 12-15 minutes, allowed to absorb for sandwiching the water. Carrots and onions smothered in olive oil, add the meat and peppers made. Fry for 1-2 minutes and mix with quinoa. Taste and served warm.
